How long is the reservation for:
When will my candle be ready?
Your candle needs to cool for 2 hours after pouring before you can pick it up.
Same day pick-up: You can come back the same day if there is time before we close. Walk around Old Town Albuquerque to shop or grab food + drinks while you wait!
Future pick-up: Leave your candles after you finish pouring and we will bag them up for pickup any future day we are open (please note we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). We ask that you please pick up your candle within 30 days of making it.
Shipping: We can ship your candles directly home if you are traveling or won't make it to Old Town for awhile. Traveling? No problem, you can fly with candles in your carry-on or checked bag.
Can you ship my candles?
We absolutely ship! Shipping is a flat $10 rate.
Can I bring food and/or drinks?
Individual drinks (like water or coffee) are fine! BYO food are available for our private parties only at this time. We offer non-alcoholic beverages and charcuterie trays for purchase. Feel free to check out local mobile bars to bring an updated experience to your private event. Click here for some recommendations.
Party Requirements:
Minimum party size is 10*. A deposit of $50 is required to make a reservation and will be deducted from your balance the day of the event. Additional payment will be taken upon completion of the event and can be paid all together or split up between guests.
Every candle crafter must be at least 5 years of age or older and an incident release form will be signed by all crafters prior to start of event. We work with extremely hot wax and it can be very dangerous, no exceptions will be made. We apologize in advance.
*Parties with less than 10 participants will be responsible for making/purchasing 10 candles.
