That’s why we’ve made a small but important change to our in-store candle lineup: we’ve transitioned from wood wicks to cotton wicks in all of our ready-to-purchase candles.

So, why the switch?

It’s All About the Burn (and the Experience)

We absolutely love the cozy crackle of a wooden wick—but they do require a bit more attention. From trimming the wick to keeping the flame consistent, wood wicks tend to need more maintenance and patience, especially for those new to candle care. After hearing from our customers, we realized that many of you were looking for a more effortless, reliable burn—and that’s exactly what cotton wicks deliver.

Cotton wicks provide:
